By contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things. (Galatians 5:22-23)

The Member Care Committee’s purpose is to strengthen the bonds of fellowship within our Church family. We want to assure members of the congregation that they are cared for at every age and circumstance of their life.
The needs of the congregation as individuals are constantly changing and diverse. We coordinate the actions of members caring for members rejoicing in God’s love and building new friendships along the way.
Member Care puts an emphasis on assisting members through the difficult times life offers, but also stays connected with those members unable to attend church due to illness or aging. We also celebrate many joys along the path of our spiritual journey such as new membership, birthdays, births, marriages, or other happy events. At Community Presbyterian Church, we want all God’s people befriending one another, talking, and helping each other, growing in faith together. We want our members and visitors to experience a loving, caring, and compassionate place of respite.
