The flower sale is coming soon. There are many ways that you can help this critical church fundraiser. One of the most important is that you share with your friends and neighbors the sale information and shop, shop, shop.

Sale activities span the time period of May 5th through May 11th or whenever we sell out of inventory. Help will be needed for the following:

​

Sunday, May 3rd – After 10:15 AM service and fellowship hour – set up tables, cover.

​

Monday, May 4th or Tuesday, May 5th – This is flower delivery day. Very busy and critical time. The flowers are delivered and need to be unloaded counted, and organized. Then any pre-orders are assembled for customer pick-up. The day and time will not be known until a day before. The time is always an estimate.

 

Wednesday, May 6th AM – Pricing and organizing, sale officially starts at noon, but people will come and shop before we open, and that’s great. Also, if the weather is nice, we will move some of the sale to the front lawn. If that happens, we need inside and outside staff. At the end of the day, between 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, we will need to clean up and bring in any outside sale items.

Thursday, May 7th – A repeat of Wednesday afternoon.

​

Friday, May 8th -- Pricing and organizing, sale starts at 4:00pm, but people will come and shop before we open, and that’s great. Also, if the weather is nice, we will move some of the sale to the front lawn. If that happens, we need inside and outside staff. At the end of the day, between 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM, we will need to clean up and bring in any outside sale items.

Saturday, May 9th – Sale starts at 9:00 AM on Saturday and will run until we have nothing left to sell. Clean-up is critical because of services on Sunday. Also, if the weather permits we move everything outside. 

​
