The flower sale is coming soon. There are many ways that you can help this critical church fundraiser. One of the most important is that you share with your friends and neighbors the sale information and shop, shop, shop.

Sale activities spam the time period of May 2nd through Mother's Day, May 8th, or when we sell all the inventory. Help will be needed for the following:

​

Monday PM, May 2nd - Set up fellowship hall. Set up tables and cover.

​

Tuesday, May 3rd - This is flower delivery day. Very busy and critical time. The flowers will need to be unloaded from the truck, organized and counted, and then pre-orders assembled for customer pick-up. The time for delivery is not known until the day before.

Wednesday, May 4th - The sale begins a day early this year. Targeted for a noon - 5 pm timeframe. People are needed to help sell. Depending on the weather and the number of volunteers, we may go outside with flowers. This takes extra help from staff both inside and outside sales. At the end of the day, around 5 pm, anything that was taken outside needs to be brought back into the building.

 

Thursday, May 5th & Friday, May 6th - Are a repeat of Wednesday.

 

Saturday, May 7th - Beginning at 9 am, we target getting any remaining inventory out to the front lawn, weather permitting. There we sell until around 5 pm and then anything remaining is brought back into fellowship hall.

 

Sunday, May 8th - Mother's Day - Everything depends on how much remains in inventory. (Hopefully it has all been sold!)
