ADULT BIBLE STUDY will be held Sunday in Room #10. Face coverings are mandatory and everyone will have a temperature scan.
THE FOOD PANTRY is open and serving the less fortunate of Brigantine. We are currently
in need of tuna, boxes of mac & cheese, and kids snacks & drinks. Also, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant and toothpaste. Cleaning supplies, especially washer detergent pods and dryer sheets. (not as heavy as liquid in the bags) There’s a donation bin outside the 15th Street entrance doors. And thanks to the volunteers that man a table at the Farmers Market every Saturday for food and monetary donations for the True Spirit Coalition. Buy a T-shirt!
THE GIFT AUCTION held Saturday mornings in July was a great success thanks to all the committed volunteers who braved the extreme heat to sell chances on the front lawn!! Look on our website to view the baskets that will be offered in August.
THE THRIFT SHOP volunteers will be in the church backyard Saturdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm to receive and sell items. Donations will only be accepted during that time. Please stop by and shop and say hello to our faithful volunteers!
PLEASE NOTE: We are now going to print each Sunday’s order of worship using the weekly bulletin covers. Currently we have unused bulletin covers dating back to March, so we decided to put them to use. Since we have 100 copies for each Sunday, but mail to over 160 households, you may not get a bulletin cover with the correct date. No worries, the message is timeless.
We are a caring and loving people…God gives us the gifts and the strength to use these gifts in order that we may be the people of God…and indeed we are! JRS
