Dear Members and Friends, We are rejoicing that the Pandemic seems to be dissipating and life is slowly returning to normalcy. Most of us hug our grandkids or grandparents with exuberance. Dining out returns to being a treat as it did when we were kids! Many are planning trips and playing hard, making up for a lost 15 months of too much isolation. Our work as the People of God continues. The Presbytery has asked us to be especially considerate of our children and other people who are ineligible for the vaccine or who have chosen not to be vaccinated… so we are asking everyone to continue to wear their mask during worship. There is a felt concern that we not create any different treatment of anyone based on whether they were vaccinated or not. As usual, we will live into a new reality. Please come and join us for Worship, either at 8:00 AM when there is lots of room, or at 10:15 AM where you may see other members for the first time in over a year. You don’t have to sign in or have your temperature taken. The hymnals and bibles are back where they belong in the pews. You can come and go as you please, but for the near future, please wear a mask. We are hoping our children will return to worship! Summerfest planning is well underway and we really need your help so please volunteer! Member Care Committee chairperson Jim Walker needs volunteers to help provide transportation to folks who are seeking medical treatment.
